ICUMSA 600–1200 Raw Brown Sugar / VHP
ICUMSA 600–1200 Raw Brown Sugar, also known as Very High Polarization (VHP) Sugar, is a semi-refined sugar derived from sugarcane. It retains natural molasses content, giving it a light to dark brown color and a rich, distinctive flavor. With a polarization of 98.5° to 99.5° and higher, VHP sugar is primarily used as a raw material for sugar refineries and industrial applications.
It is a cost-effective alternative to refined white sugar and is widely traded in the international sugar market, particularly for further processing into ICUMSA 45 and other refined grades.
