GMC Exporters – Company Policy

✅ 1. Order Policy

  • All product orders must be submitted in writing via email or through our official website.

  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies, depending on product type and destination.

  • Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) and advance payment, as per payment terms.


✅ 2. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are quoted in USD per metric ton, unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are valid for the specified period in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on freight rates, shipping terms, and market conditions.


✅ 3. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

    • Letter of Credit (L/C)

    • Other methods by prior agreement

  • Standard payment terms:

    • 30% advance payment upon order confirmation

    • 70% balance before shipment or as per agreed L/C terms.

  • All bank charges outside Brazil are the buyer’s responsibility.


✅ 4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Shipments are available under FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) terms.

  • Loading ports: Major Brazilian ports (e.g., Santos, Paranaguá).

  • Delivery times are approximate and subject to production schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, and weather conditions.

  • GMC Exporters is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.


✅ 5. Quality & Inspection Policy

  • All products are subject to SGS (or equivalent) inspection prior to shipment.

  • Inspection certificates will be provided along with full export documentation:

    • Certificate of Origin

    • Packing List

    • Commercial Invoice

    • Bill of Lading

    • SGS Inspection Report

  • Quality claims must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery, supported by independent laboratory analysis.


✅ 6. Return & Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for goods that have been shipped and delivered according to the contract and inspection certificates.

  • Quality disputes must be verified by a mutually agreed independent inspector at destination port.


✅ 7. Force Majeure

GMC Exporters is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or transportation disruptions.


✅ 8. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes shall be settled amicably through negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) rules.

  • The governing law shall be the law of Brazil unless otherwise agreed in writing.


✅ 9. Confidentiality

All purchase terms, contracts, and business discussions are considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without mutual consent.
